Furthermore, via e-mail or fax, hospitality professionals will receive a daily report detailing the incoming calls to their property from the toll-free number. Hotelier's listings on RoomSaver.com will feature a toll-free Reservation Call Source number on their coupon, which is highlighted in red and reads, 'Call for great rates!' When the hotel concierge answers the line, a 'whisper' feature will announce, 'This guest was sent to you by RoomSaver.com.' At this point, the traveler can inquire about general information as well as the RoomSaver.com discount rate and it's availability ahead of time rather than waiting until they arrive at the hotel.
