RoomSaver.com is unique because it sends travelers directly to your reservation desk or website. Through the Reservation Call Source number and Reserve Now button, travelers can connect with you to book their reservations.

Q&A
Why don?t I see more coupons?

It is our goal to send people to your property and have them book in advance at a higher rate. Eighty percent of our visitors use the telephone or the website to make advanced reservations. You are not going to see the coupons from these users. RoomSaver.com sends people to you via telephone and your website.

If you would like to see reporting on how many visitors have clicked through from RoomSaver.com to your website, or would like to see a tracking report on calls placed to your reservation phone line, log onto your Advertiser?s Corner account. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact Customer Service at custserv@roomsaver.com.

SURVEY: Online travelers naive about prices
June 1, 2005

Most American consumers don?t realize Internet merchants and even traditional retailers sometimes charge different prices to different customers for the same products, according to a new survey.

The study, ?Open to Exploitation,? found nearly two-thirds of adult Internet users believed incorrectly it was illegal to charge different people different prices, a practice retailers call ?price customization.? More than two-thirds of people surveyed also said they believed online travel sites are required by law to offer the lowest airline prices possible.

RoomSaver.com is not a third-party booking engine. Rather, we are a portal website linking travelers directly to your hotel. We do not charge commission fees and you maintain complete control over your rates and reservations.

Remember to take advantage of all the Advertiser?s Corner has to offer: manage your listing, measure the success of your ad and view qualified leads. If you need your login information, e-mail info@roomsaver.com or call 800-766-6728, option 2.

TRAVELER TRIBUTE
We used your discounts in Daytona Beach for a very nice room for the week and saved enough money to stay an extra two days. I think that your discounts are the best thing for families who are trying to have a nice vacation and keep it within their budget. Thanks.

TRAVEL TRENDS: Welcome to the 'Brand-Scape'
By John R. Hendrie
May 30, 2005

Unless you operate a business in a very remote location, you belong to the amorphous ?Brand-Scape?. Intriguing, complicated and challenging to hospitality operations and those who represent our interests. And, sadly, our visitor must do all the work, and we hope and pray that we stand out and get the business!

As we know, a branding strategy better defines our business/location for the consumer. It is not about only products, services and attractions. What it is about is creating for that potential visitor a compelling and unique Remarkable Experience, encouraging their travels to a destination. And, you frame this message, the brand, sensually and with great craft, whether you are the State Tourism Department, a destination area, or independent business. This brand ?mosaic? is disseminated through many avenues and channels, theoretically in a collaborative fashion, hence, the ?Brand-Scape?. Everyone is competing for attention and response!

RoomSaver.com is committed to partnering with you to provide a great experience for travelers. Online travelers visiting RoomSaver.com spend an average of 15.7 minutes on the site and view more than 19 pages on RoomSaver.com. (Source: comScore Media Metrix ratings service) Utilize their time online; make your property stand out with features such as the Trip Clip and Online Brochure. These are your best opportunities for travelers to view photographs and read about amenities.

We also offer advertising through banners, buttons, home page sponsorships, skyscrapers, liner ads and opportunities in RoomSaver.com?s newletter, Traveler?s Tribune. Our graphic design team will be happy to create your ad graphic. Contact your sales representative for more information or e-mail sales@roomsaver.com .
